Product BOM Register
This page is the structured parts register for the containment system. Its purpose is to preserve rebuild capability, organize assemblies and subcomponents, track supplier options, and separate critical parts from non-critical items under a lean redevelopment approach.
Purpose of this register
- Capture the core parts needed to rebuild containment systems independently.
- Record materials, suppliers, and alternate sourcing options.
- Separate high-risk dependency parts from common items.
- Support future improvement, certification, and selective commercialization.
- Create a clean technical reference linked to CTU baseline versions.
Use rule
Do not try to build a perfect ERP-style system here. Record only the information needed to reproduce, source, improve, and manage the containment family. This page should stay practical, readable, and easy to update.

| Level Safety | LS800-003 | Relay / switching module | TBD | 1 | 10A switching function | TBD | TBD | R1 | Certification path | Critical for approval path. Record exact rating and source. |
Replace “TBD” fields as you document actual parts. Delete rows that do not apply and add new rows under the correct assembly group.
Assembly grouping logic
- Core containment: body, fittings, coating, primary seals.
- Accessory layer: rain guards, tops, service parts, field add-ons.
- Replacement parts: consumables and recurring service components.
- Level safety: float switch, wiring, relay, mounting hardware.
- Future development: CTU-003, methane sensing, communication modules.
Priority classification
Baseline
Needed to define and preserve the main containment system.
Critical
High-risk or performance-sensitive part affecting function and field reliability.
Certification path
Part directly affecting CSA / UL / cULus path or electrical compliance.
Suggested data entry sequence
1. Start with CTU-002
Capture only the main body, fitting, coating, and primary sealing structure first.
2. Add replacement parts
Bring in recurring items and components tied to maintenance or frequent changeout.
3. Add float switch path
Keep level safety as a linked high-leverage module, not the entire system focus.
Internal guidance
This register is meant to preserve control, not create administrative burden. Focus on the real parts that matter, the materials that affect performance, and the suppliers that affect independence. If a part does not help rebuild, improve, source, or certify the system, do not overwork it here.
